In a county with minimal animal welfare infrastructure and services, TOAR fills the gap. We provide essential programs, including free spay/neuter, vaccines, pet food, TNR, and transport support to aid pets and families in need.
Our Mission:
To promote the humane treatment of companion animals in Okanogan County through spay/neuter, community engagement, sheltering and education.
